A seasoned law enforcement professional with 34 years of experience, Randy served 10 years with the Princeton, New Jersey Police Department and 24 years with the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, where he became one of the highest-decorated officers in the department’s history, receiving medals for valor and multiple life-saving awards. He is the founder of Wounded Blue, an organization that has provided support to over 17,000 police officers in the past seven years. Additionally, he is the author of several books, including "Rescuing 911: The Fight for America’s Safety," and he hosts the podcast "A COPS Life," which shares insights and stories from the law enforcement community.
