Serving nearly four decades in law enforcement and EMS shaped my understanding of resilience, leadership, and performance under pressure. As a retired Chief Deputy with a background in counseling psychology and trauma-informed therapy, I combine operational experience with clinical insight to strengthen leadership in public safety. As Founder of The Richeal Group and Senior Faculty with the National Command and Staff College, I partner with executives to build trauma-informed organizations that elevate accountability, resilience, and ethical performance while helping leaders navigate complex decisions with clarity, steadiness, and confidence.
